My family loves Buffalo Wings. We order them at least twice a week. It's much easier to buy them, so I can't give you a recipe - sorry!

Mac %26amp; Cheese could be classified as ';soul food';, but I classify it as ';comfort food';. Here again, I can't give you a recipe. I buy Stouffer's Macaroni %26amp; Cheese. It's better than homemade.

You guys probably think I'm lazy. On the contrary - the schedule of our family and my work schedule doesn't allow me the time or luxury to prepare many meals, except on the weekends.
Macaroni cheese is popular in soul and Creole restaurants.

I use cookeryclub they have n American section with some soul (creole and cajun) classics.

Some jamaican / Caribbean food crosses over too like jerk dishes (on cookeryclub) and dumplings etc

1/2 stick of butter

Yee! You get 'em chicken and 'em waffles and put 'em together! Now that's what I call dinner. Mmm mmm, and you get some corn bread.
